Vera Negenborn studied medicine at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After her studies she did PhD research on various methods and outcomes of breast reconstructions with a prosthesis and breast-conserving treatments.

Dr. Esther Bodde has been registered as a plastic surgeon since 2014. She studied medicine in Nijmegen and worked for several months in the United States and Ghana during her studies. She completed her training as a plastic surgeon in Nijmegen, Eindhoven and Veldhoven.

Drs. Aganloo is a plastic surgeon specialized in aesthetic surgery. He studied medicine and epidemiology at the University of Maastricht. Drs. LM MacLennan is a plastic surgeon, trained at the Academic Medical Center in Antoni van Leeuwenhoek in Amsterdam, at the Red Cross Hospital and at the Burns Center in Beverwijk.

Drs. Fortuin completed his medical studies at the University of Amsterdam (AMC/UvA) in 2008. After graduating he followed several internships in Plastic Surgery at Yale University and New York University in the United States. He then worked in the Plastic Surgery departments of the Onze Lieve Vrouwe Gasthuis in Amsterdam, the Catharina Hospital in Eindhoven, the Maxima Medical Center in Veldhoven and the Sint Anna Hospital in Geldrop.

Rose Rhemrev-Pieters, plastic surgeon since 2006, was trained in the Netherlands and has more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in breast operations, both aesthetic and reconstructive, and works at Boerhaave and the Alexander Monro hospital. Rose emphasizes the importance of personalized advice and consultation with patients.

Drs. Maarten Letsch, trained in medicine at Leiden University and specialized in plastic surgery in Germany, obtained his title in 2021. Worked in Bonn until 2022, focusing on body contouring and reconstructive surgery. Now active in Nijmegen and at Boerhaave.

Drs. G. Koeijers specialized as a plastic surgeon at the University Hospital St. Radboud Nijmegen completed. In addition to reconstructive surgery, he also has extensive experience in cosmetic surgery.

As a plastic surgeon, Dr. Ten Dam has gained experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the LUMC and Alrijne Hospital in Leiden, and has been working at the Boerhaave Medical Center since 2021.

Dr. C. Zhou-Claushuis, plastic and reconstructive surgeon at Boerhaave Kliniek, emphasizes the importance of a good conversation prior to treatment. He specializes in breast reductions, breast lifts, abdominoplasties and eye and ear corrections, strives for optimal results that are tailored to patient expectations and uses internationally recognized techniques.

Drs. R.A. Christiano completed his specialization as a plastic surgeon at the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam. In 1991 he moved to the current Spaarne Gasthuis in Hoofddorp. There he paid a lot of attention to reconstructive surgery and hand surgery.

Dr. Zguricas worked from 2003-2005 as a staff member at the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam. In 2005 she set up a new plastic surgery practice at the LangeLand Hospital in Zoetermeer, where she still works.

After her training, she worked as a Plastic Surgeon at the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital in Amsterdam. There she gained extensive experience in (reconstructive) breast surgery, post-oncological reconstructive surgery and microsurgery.

Dr. F. Kingma-Vegter studied medicine at the Vrije Universiteit. She was trained as a plastic surgeon at the VUmc. Since her registration as a plastic surgeon in 2003, she has worked, among others, at the Medical Center Slotervaart in Amsterdam.

Mr Th.H.J. van de Kar is a very experienced plastic surgeon. He was born in 1959 in Amsterdam, grew up in Maastricht, then returned to Amsterdam. He studied medicine in Liège and Rotterdam and later trained to become a plastic surgeon in Utrecht, Strasbourg and Rotterdam. He has been a registered plastic surgeon since 1995.
