Dr. F. Vegter (formerly Dr. Kingma)

Dr. F. Kingma-Vegter studied medicine at the Vrije Universiteit. She was trained as a plastic surgeon at the VUmc. Since her registration as a plastic surgeon in 2003, she has worked, among others, at the Medical Center Slotervaart in Amsterdam. There she increasingly focused on corrections after major weight loss. For many years she performed various aesthetic procedures at the Medical Center Jan van Goyen. “I find it expretemly important that a patient knows what to expect before the procedure, but it is also just as important to discuss what is not possible. I take ample time during consultation hours to discuss both of these aspects. When patients come for a check-up with a broad smile, it gives me great satisfaction! ”
